N 1st Street is a main road — fine to walk along during the day, but for morning and evening dog breaks the residential streets just east and west of the property are quieter and easier on a leash. Plenty of grass strips and quiet corners within a block or two.
If you're heading out to eat or run errands and don't want to leave your dog alone in the room, a quick call to the local vet clinics will turn up day-boarding options. We can point you in the right direction at the front desk.
